Growth Co-Pilot uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, L.L.C., to generate outputs based on your inputs. Your prompts, text, and uploaded files may be transmitted to those providers solely to deliver the Service.
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or bias. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or acting on it. Owl & Olive is not liable for any damages or losses arising from reliance on generated content.
You retain ownership of all inputs and content you provide. By submitting content, you grant Owl & Olive a limited license to process, display, and store it for the purpose of operating the Service.
You own the rights to outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
All software, text, graphics, and trademarks associated with the Service (except your own content) are owned by or licensed to Owl & Olive AI LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
The Service and AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Owl & Olive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owl & Olive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owl & Olive AI LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
